Inda Bar Geneva: A Chic and Modern Voyage to India
Eaux-Vives is where all the hot new restaurants are at. After Japan and Peru, now it’s India’s turn to make our mouths water, and it’s all happening at a fabulous new little restaurant called Inda Bar.
Inda Bar Cuisine
What is there to say? The colorful menu is overflowing with subtle flavors both spicy and delicious, all roasted to perfection in Inda Bar’s in-house tandoor oven. No surprise there, as the head chef comes straight from Rasoï, the Indian restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental.
For lunch: Set menu that changes weekly.
Starter-main dish-dessert 36€, main dish alone 22€
For dinner: Order dishes off the menu to share or to eat all by yourself. Delicious cocktails.
Inda Bar’s must-have: their house naan; it’s delicious!
Now serving: Avocado, crab and lime tartare, chicken tandoori three ways.
Inda Bar is also right on-trend in serving vegetarian dishes for the meat-averse.
Inda Bar Ambiance
Contemporary, convivial and stylish. A smaller space good for lunch with friends or a romantic dinner for two.
Getting there: 23 Rue Henri Blanvalet – 1207 Geneva
